David asked:

These are the pregnant ladies who do the following:

1) Have already designed the home school curriculum for their unborn
2) Have a “home birth”… and let their other children be present in the room while it happens. And has invited you to watch that movie with Ricki Lake with a group of other pregnant women.
3) Preach to everyone about the evils of vaccinations and how you cannot trust the scientists who make them.
4) Preach to everyone about eco-friendly baby products and cloth diapers because you MUST trust these other scientists who support global warming.
5) Generally every single aspect of pregnancy you choose to discuss, she has a “book” to recite to you about how you are doing it wrong and she is the only one who can educate you on how to do it right.
6) Carry around a copy of the appropriate breast feeding laws in your state so if someone in a restaurant or assembly is moderately uncomfortable having some woman they don’t know whipping out their tit, she can show them the card ensuring her continued breast feeding rights while never understanding one little bit that you are just a little uncomfortable.
7) Come to think of it, she has absolutely no idea that anyone besides herself has any feelings, thoughts, important comments or ideas about anything, period.

Don’t lie and say you have not met this woman!
My point about vaccinations and global warming follows: For some reason these type of people will fight to the death to make vaccination scientists look like fools and that you must fight against this vast conspiracy to poison our children.

BUT, the scientists who support eco-friendliness are 100% honest, truthful, no hidden motives, and should be trusted completely without hesitation.

I just don’t understand how they can support such silly logic.

KELILA

Katie B asked:

I have an enormousJansport backpack I need for my high school classes. It’s literally twice as wide as my torso (as seen from the side) and I’m not even super thin. It’s so embarrassing because I always accidentally hit people behind me (amid shouts of “****ing freshman!!” D:). I don’t have much time to run to my locker (only before school, before lunch, after school) because my classes are scattered throughout my huge two-story high school–conveniently on the other side of the school from my locker. Here’s what I have, please help me figure out how to downsize!

1. 2.5 inch binder with dividers needed for History/English, contains expanding file folders. It also holds extra notebook paper and index cards (needed for science). This binder contains my SOUL.
2. 3 big “Five Star” notebooks (you know, the ones with heavy-duty plastic covers and cardboard backs)
3. Comp book for science.
4. Pencil bag (1 pencil, 4 highlighters for history, graphing calculator, 1 multi-color pen, extra lead).
5. Two baby-killingly heavy textbooks (science, math). YES I need both of them at all times.
6. Planner (not a big deal, I can shove it inside my binder lol).
7. Lunchbox (includes one of those round space-consuming therma-bowl things with a lid. my parents don’t let me use anything else to bring my food). And, of course, an “ECO-FRIENDLY” STAINLESS STEEL water bottle. Also my parents’ idea. Apparently the trace amounts of plastic chemicals in smaller normal bottles will kill me before my 32-pound backpack will (I weighed it). The lunchbox and bottle I put in my locker before school, but I have to keep them in my backpack for the last two periods because I can’t run back to my locker after lunch.
8. blahblah a few emergency feminine products, small coin pouch, cell phone, misc. I don’t even carry those makeup boxes that a lot of other girls use.

HELP. How can I organize my things?? How could I persuade my parents to ditch the water bottle and therma-thing? How do I relieve this awful back pain?? This extra weight is even killing my legs ):

KAITLIN

Lisa asked:

Ok, I’m looking to open an online shop selling crafts. I would most likely do this either on etsy or hyena cart. I can make the following items very well:

100% recycled chubby crayons in 2 sizes, small and large
Soybean Crayons (eco friendly) in various shapes and sizes
Soap (I use real ingredients, no essential oils or dyes. I would be willing to add essential oils or dyes by request.) in various shapes and sizes
Mineral Makeup
Lipgloss
100% recycled paper (I make it myself out of paper we’ve used in the house, junk mail, etc.)
Cloth baby wipes
Washcloths
Organic Playdough (lasts for about a year)

I’m working on cloth diapers, as well, but haven’t gotten the hang of them enough to offer a consistent quality product. I hope to be able to offer them and candles by the end of next year.

Would I be able to sell these items, and about how much would they go for? Also, what are some differences between hyenacart and etsy? Do you favor one over the other, and why? Thank you in advance for any advice.
I forgot to put bath salts on the list.
I report bots. Thank you.

LULU

Just Plant More Trees/Plants.

Reduce this and that is one way of looking after the enviroment, but really its just like killing the earth more slowly. Its more effective to have more plants.

Now why don’t they suggest that?

Maybe its just me that I see many people (and organizations) talking about using eco-friendly solutions and products but they never talk about planting trees…

SAVANNAH
