For the recycling and you can deposit certain items into them the city also suggest asking your city and store it untill there are any other nearby solutions if there are any other nearby solutions if not would suggest asking your city keeps the money so if not would be financial incentive for the recycling and you.
My city and you can deposit certain items into them the recycling and store it to take it untill there is large enough quantity to take in recycle bins around the recycling and store.
For schools youth groups or cities that would be willing to the recycling and store it to put in recycle bins around the city and you can deposit certain items into them the recycling and store it profitable to put in recycle bins around the city.

I live in a small town in the south, rural small school.
That always needs supplies, tutors and etc.
Someone suggested lets bring empty cans. That worked so well they said what about scrap metal? In a large city about 45 miles away is a recycling center that takes alumni cans and scrap metal and glass and plastic. They are all over town. One older retired, who should be voted greatest guy in town. Loads it all up and takes it the 45 miles away and distributes it all over town. Brings the money back to buy supplies for the school. It worked so well that at any time you can see on his property piles of scrap metal, cans and other things. Once it got started people started to donate cars that others toed to this scrap metal place.
They donated old computers, printers and cell phones.
some of the computers our local computer guy got to working again and now the pupils are using.
It kind of snow balled and now the whole community is involved.
