with the rising costs of everything, how do you use organics?
when the economy was better, we shopped organic stores, ate an organic diet, and used all eco-friendly products. we avoided shopping evil large corporate discount stores too.
with a low income, a child, and everything rising in cost, we’ve been struggling to stay green and shop local businesses. we’re had to stop eating orgnic stuff because of the cost.
how do you maintain your organic/green/eco-friendly lifestyle on a very tight paycheck to paycheck bill juggling and strugling income?
lots of good answers right now, hard to pick.
additional detail is i live in chicago suburbs, growing my own food, well we moved recently, missed the planting season. and, this doesn’t really help as most gardens get 1-2 months of harvest only in the climate here, but thanx. shopping for it somewhere cheap is a necessity
